It depends on scope, and you will know the number before any work begins. Our core model is project-based with defined deliverables and a fixed investment quoted upfront. We also offer retainers for organizations with recurring reporting cycles, and advisory arrangements for those who need expert input without a long-term commitment.

Most scoped projects run between four and twelve weeks, depending on the state of the underlying data and how many stakeholders need to weigh in. We set deadlines during the planning stage and hold to them.

We do. You work directly with both founders throughout the engagement. There are no account managers and no handoffs to junior staff.

We stay available for at least two weeks after delivery, and longer when it makes sense. Questions surface once people start using the work, and we would rather answer them than leave you to it.

Yes. We work with clients across the country and are set up for fully remote engagements.
